Across these roles, Marcus led teams on the front lines of customer engagement, consistently creating welcoming, efficient, and memorable experiences by balancing operational excellence with authentic human connection. He also founded and operated a custom t-shirt business, managing everything from design and production to sales and fulfillment - an entrepreneurial chapter that sharpened his adaptability, problem-solving skills, and end-to-end client focus.
